I ordered this roaster as a birthday present and some of the enamel was broken off when I received it. I returned it for an identical item and the second roaster arrived with enamel broken off. Both the shipping carton and the interior box appeared to be in good condition with no signs of damage. Therefore, I think the broken enamel is a defect of the manufacturer. I requested a refund of the second item and Amazon’s customer service department was very efficient in processing my request.
Help. I purchased a sisal rug from iron Barn Pottery Barn a month ago. When I first unrolled it it was very wavy. I thought it would flatten out eventually. Didn’t work. I reverse rolled it. No Luck. I even tried ironing the small one. How can I fix this problem?
