I highly recommend Wrought iron decorations. I think it was the best investment I did.
Cheap Decorating Ideas for Living Room!?
I am trying to find some cheap decorating ideas for my living room. The living room is long and we don’t exactly have an “entry way” it just opens to the living room which is fine. We have a tall tropical plant by the door and a plant stand with other plants on the other side of the door. I don’t care if they stay there. We have hardwood floors that are a light oak color with a cherry “border” and a cherry built in book case. We have a brown leather couch, and a matching chair and ottoman. We have a black coffee table and black end table. Wrought iron decorations For right now the walls are painted a very light creamy peach color, but we will paint later. I’m just trying to figure out what I could hang on the walls mostly, I already have a mirror in here with a small table over that, near the door. And another mirror over the fireplace (though that doesn’t have to stay there). I don’t know what to put over the couch or over the fireplace. We have really poor lighting in here as well, just 2 table lamps. The layout leaves very little space for more furniture, but I feel like the room is big and empty and boring. We will eventually paint in here with a buttery yellow color. Everything else in the house is wrought iron, so I’d like to keep that throughout if ideas revolve around anything like that. I would really appreciate some ideas. I don’t have a lot of money maybe up to $250 total to spend in here on decorations. Also where is a good place to shop. I have tried Walmart and Target, but even those things seem expensive to me. Oh yeah I forgot, we also have cathedral ceilings. It makes the room feel HUGE and empty. We’d also like some thoughts on sound dampening if you have any ideas. Thanks.
