Excellent quality of table lamp. The only draw back is it needs a GU24 base bulb which is slightly more expensive than the spiral base bulb.

antiques i have a wrought iron hanging oil lamp from a dutch ship?
im not sure what century ive been told 16th it has some sort of weight ball and looks like it has the Wrought iron lamps ability to have a adjustment of height. and ideas of what this is and where i can research any information and find some type of picture? i do know its very old ive taken it to only a few antique shops here and the two said they never seen nothing like it. i really would like any pictures anyone has that maybe helpful please and thanks

I drilled a hole in the bottom of the strap and rouuted the cord through it to get the cord to lie flat against the wall.

I was very pleased with the quality of the lamp itself however, I was disappointed that it did not come with a shade. The type of shade that fits this object is difficult to find.

the lamp came in very quickly and is of great quality. I didn’t realize that the shade was not included, but I might have missed that in the description.

We are very pleased with our 2 new floor lamps. They are easy to assemble and adjust easily.we found a couple of cute shades for them too.

This lamp was disappointing: it was poor quality and when I put it together it wobbled. I returned it, but it cost $25 to pay for shipping, which is not refundable. Would NOT recommend.

Purchased this floor lamp for my aunt who needed an adjustable arm floor lamp. My aunt loves it!

This lamp is much smaller than i thought, it looks black in the photo but when i look at it at home its purple.
when i received it one of the lamp shades had a dent from delivery and i cannot get it out!
I wish i had not spend my money on these lamps!

This makes a great table lamp for a person with a limited budget. The only drawback is you have to buy a special bulb, no ordinary light bulb, because it doesn’t screw in. Other than that it works great.

This is a great energy saving lamp. I didn’t realize that it doesn’t accept regular bulbs, but as it comes with a bulb and works well, I have no complaints! The iron wrought part of the lamp should be described as brown–not the best color, unless it fits in with your color scheme!

My main complaint here is not about color, however. It’s the lampshade. The packaging of the product is not very good as my lampshade arrived with dents that I can’t get out.

What a great lamp at a great price! I have a corner in my country style kichen/dining room that I made into a sitting area. There is also an antique wood cook stove there. If I needed to get into that corner for something or sit the the chair and read, I had no light and no where to really put one. I grew up in a house with pin up lights so that was my first thought for a lamp. It works and looks great! Kind of rustic looking…I like that. I knew that a shade was not included but had no trouble finding one to fit. To the reviewer who said that had problems finding one to fit…I found several sizes and styles that would work. This lamp was a great choice and worth every penny! There’s not one thing I don’t like about it…I may even order more for other rooms…

Lamps are perfect for the spot we have for them. I was a little disappointed that the lamp shades didn’t come with them.

I needed to replace a wall lamp for the kitchen, and this fit the bill perfectly, = i like the simplicity, & it was exactly as described. Please remember, it does not come with a lampshade. I like that it can take 3-way bulbs. Good illumination.
Con: It would be better if it came with some hardware to stabilize the wrought iron bar either at the sides or at the bottom, because it shifts sideways on the wall whenever you touch it to turn it on.

This lamp, although without shade, is beautiful and very well made. Nice size, sturdy. Many lamps today are flimsy, this is not and stays where you put it. I would suggest this lamp to anyone. Also there are not very many pin up lamps in this price range. I am thinking of buying a second one.
