I bought this as a gift for someone, but when I checked it out, it was broken from shipping…it was poorly packaged and loose in box. Otherwise, it’s nice for the money…

I ordered several bells to mount on the property and of them all, this one is the nicest. The color is really attractive and the item is well-made. Bought as a gift for my Montana loving Dad for Christmas. It brought back memories for him with his own Dad! It came very quickly (to Alaska) and in great shape, very well packed!

I ordered a cast iron bell with a horse on top of it. It is lovely, but it arrived damaged. Part of the back section that you set against a post and then drill in the screws was completely broken off. I did not return it since we were able to mount it – we just drilled in the main section and set the broken section on the post and screwed it in. It may have gotten damaged during shipment. The box was not that sturdy and there wasn’t very much packing materials inside the box to protect the item.

I ordered this as part of a birthday present for my mom. It is tricky to get her gifts because she has such high standards. She was thrilled with this trivet and keeps it in view even when she is not using it.

I’m using this to boost the water pressure at my house for outside car/driveway/patio washing it really boosted the water pressure as promised. Also I use it to draw water out of a lake to supply water to a pressure washer to wash my boat, I used 3/4″ intake pvc, now I have the cleanest boat on the lake!
Quite a labor saver and probably saves water when hosing down my driveway and pool patio.

I needed a pump to water a new lawn in my front yard, since the house pressure was too low to operate a sprinkler (no city water here…). I was going back and forth on the 1 hp portable sprinkler pump or the 1/2 hp portable utility pump. I ended up getting the 1/2 hp utility pump. I pulled the water from a 350 gallon tank with zero lift thru and pumped 75 foot hose to the sprinkler. This little guy was more than enough to work an oscillating sprinkler. I may try adding a splitter to see of it can work two sprinklers.

After seeing the performance from a tank I imagine this pump would work great to boost city water pressure.

I am very happy with the purchase!

I lost track of the Wayne pumps and tried a few umentionables. Finally tracked them down on Amazon. This is a great pump which I have used to move overflow waters from an an umentionable site for at least 25 years when the pump had aluminum castings. The only thing I replaced which were the brushes which should always be on hand. The pump runs continuously for 4 to 5 hours for 5 to 6 times a year and is flawless. ALWAYS rinse out the pump after use and it will run at least 5 years for a brush replacement as I use it. Total rebuilding is not as easy as you you might be led to think.

I have used this product for several years by borrowing from a friend since I need it only several times annually. It does such a great job, I finally got embarrassed to continue to borrow and purchased one. I use it to transfer water and to drain the hottub quickly and to put antifreeze in the home furnace hot water heating system. Check out the reviews on the cheaper pumps first, and then purchase this one that works.
